
Spencer Aldworth Brown has photographed thousands of people. His assignments have ranged from rocket scientists to the founder of YouTube, doctors, lawyers, chefs, priests, jackalopes, partying flight attendants, politicians, and artists. He specializes in the environmental portrait where his subject is photographed on location with both natural and studio lighting. His work has been published in Time Magazine, Inc. Magazine, Business Week, Fast Company, Canadian Geographic, Discovery Channel, The Wall Street Journal, The PBS NewsHour, The Surfer’s Journal, and Rolling Stone.
He is the Senior Photographer at the San Francisco Business Times where he has published work in every issue since 2003.
